How to Order at KSGILLS.com
We provide three (3) ways of shopping comfortably, quickly and easy:
1. Via Online Shopping Cart at our website www.ksgills.com
2. Via e-mail : orders@ksgills.com
3. Via Phone / SMS (Short Message Service). HP: +6012-686-1025
Step 1
• Choose the product you're interested in through the catalogues. Details of each item can be viewed by clicking Details.
• When you have decided, thus click on the button Add To Basket.
• Your basket / shopping cart is filled.
• If you still want to continue shopping or buy other products, click on Continue Shopping
• If you want to add the quantity of a certain product that is chosen, type in the number of quantity and then click on the button Update Quantity.
• To change the product that you have chosen, click on Remove and continue browsing, or when you are done click on Check Out.
• Fill in the given forms clearly with your name, address, e-mail address & phone number.
• After you've filled in the forms click on Submit Information or, if there's any mistake click on Reset and fill in your information again.
Step 2 (Order Re-confirmation)
• You'll see the your information as Customer & Shipping Information and Payment Information. If all the information is correct click on Finish Shopping.
Step 3 ( Transaction Success)
• You'll see your Order ID ( please remember your order ID) and the Total Payment that should be paid .
2. Via e-mail.
• Send an e-mail to orders@ksgills.com. Write down the product you wish to buy, price and other information needed. We will reply your e-mail as soon as possible.
3. Via Phone/SMS (Short Message Service)
• When you have decided of the product you wish to purchase, call us / SMS at +6012-686-1025. Tell us the product name/code and its quantity, and also your name, address, e-mail address & phone number.
Your order will be processed AFTER we received your order payment. To speed the processing, please notify us or send in your copy of transfer via fax : (603) 2692-9243 or e-mail : orders@ksgills.com. You can also confirm your payment by clicking on Payment Confirmation and type in the required information.
You may check the delivery order status by clicking on Track Order menu. Type in your order id and e-mail address, and so you may track your order.
